How We Work


Just as a doctor wouldn’t name the cure for a patient before checking his symptoms, we start by looking at the symptoms appearing in the organization, then diagnosing the problem based on those symptoms. Other training companies start with an end product and try to convince you to buy it. We look at your situation and find out what solutions, or what improvements to your existing curriculum, will improve your situation and help you achieve your goals. In some cases, you may find that improvements to your assessment strategy are enough to provide you with the improvements you’re looking for.

Whatever your situation, by following these proven steps, you can be assured of defining and implementing the solution that will support your having the healthiest organization and workforce possible.

Step 1 – Assessment

We start by implementing a thorough assessment strategy, to get as much information as possible about the current curriculum and to identify any gaps that exist that can be addressed through the refinement or development of training. We evaluate using the Kirkpatrick Levels of Evaluation. The results of this assessment will bring to light gaps in the perfor- mance of your employees  as well as those that exist between your organizational goals versus where you are today.

Step 2 – Define Strategy

Using the gap analysis as a starting point, we will work with you to define a comprehensive instructional strategy that will lead to the achievement of your performance and organizational goals. The output of this phase of the process is a strategy document that you will help create, so you can easily communicate to your stakeholders and your staff exactly how the gaps will be addressed and what can be expected from the solution, in terms of time, budget and course curriculum.

Step 3 – Program Development

We have the comprehensive background and expertise to develop the e-Learning and instructor-led courses or to consult with your staff in developing them in-house.  Our award-winning training specialists can develop a facilitated workshop, eLearning solution or a blended program that leverages both delivery formats to address your organization’s specialized needs.

Step 4 – Delivery

With more than ten years of experience designing and delivering train-the-trainer programs, we can work with your in-house resources to get them up to speed with delivering the training content like a seasoned pro. And of course, if you prefer we deliver it for you, we have the experience to do that, as well.
